You can request an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Reason for the request
- Preference between exchange or refund
- Any product photos
Once we receive your request, our team will send you all the necessary instructions, including the return address.
2. Conditions for accepting returns
The product must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- In perfect condition, in original packaging and with intact labels
Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return.
3. We do not accept returns for
- Size errors if the size guide on the site has not been consulted
- Minimal differences (1–3 cm) due to production
- Damage caused after delivery
- Subjective expectations about style, color, or fabric
- Delivery delays (times given are estimates, not guaranteed)
4. Return shipping
- The return is at the customer's expense
- You must use a track & trace shipping service.
- The tracking code must be sent via email to Justin.Sleiman1@gmail.com
- In the absence of this code, it will not be possible to guarantee the refund
5. Where are the goods shipped to?
Our products are shipped directly from our international logistics center.

You can request a size or model exchange. Once the original product has been received and verified, we will ship the new item.
8. Refunds
In the event of an error or defect, the refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the product, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
