Shipping Guidelines

Castelli Milano  is committed to delivering your products quickly, safely, and reliably. We offer  free insured shipping  on all orders and only work with selected couriers to ensure the best possible experience.

Delivery times

Our  average delivery time is between 7 and 14 business days . Times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. In the event of delays due to high demand or logistical factors, we will promptly notify you via email.

Shipping address

Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. To avoid delays or losses, please  carefully check your shipping information before confirming your order . If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at Justin.Sleiman1@gmail.com.

Orders with incorrect address

Once the order has been shipped,  the address can no longer be changed . Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. Evara Sydney is not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.

Uncollected orders

If a package is not collected within the timeframe established by the courier (generally  5-7 days ), it will be returned to us. In this case:

• The package may be returned at the customer's expense.

• No refunds will be given for packages refused or uncollected without prior notice.

Refusal of the package

If the customer refuses delivery without valid justification or prior notice, we will not issue a refund. Please contact us if you need to change or postpone your delivery.
