Delivery times
Our average delivery time is between 7 and 14 business days . Times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. In the event of delays due to high demand or logistical factors, we will promptly notify you via email.
Shipping address

Orders with incorrect address
Once the order has been shipped, the address can no longer be changed . Packages returned due to incorrect addresses will be reshipped at the buyer's expense. Evara Sydney is not responsible for losses due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Uncollected orders
If a package is not collected within the timeframe established by the courier (generally 5-7 days ), it will be returned to us. In this case:
